Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the chargein implementing cutting-edge security and wireless solutions, enhancing system upgrades and fortifying our security posture.
  • Be the go-to expert during off-hours, managing critical escalations and serving as a key player in disaster recovery (DR) testing, ensuring flawless failovers and robust data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot like a pro, swiftly diagnosing application and infrastructure issues, providing creative, tailored solutions that keep our systems running smoothly.
  • Drive security by spearheading efforts to reduce vulnerabilities through consistent patching of servers and endpoints.
  • Command the VMWare environment, offering technical insights and driving architectural innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead Windows 11 deploymentefforts, pushing for enhancements and staying at the forefront of the latest OS technologies.
  • Ensure seamless operation of our remote data centers and critical financial systems, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Deliver key insights through detailed reports on infrastructure performance, tracking capacity, uptime, vulnerabilities, and essential risk indicators (KRI and KPI).
  • Oversee and stress-testsecurity measures like access authentication and disaster recovery, ensuring our defenses are always battle-ready.
  • Shape the future by reviewing vendor solutions, establishing governance for new compute infrastructure, and driving adherence to evolving hardware standards.
  • Innovate and mentor find creative ways to enhance operations and services, while guiding and empowering other team members.
  • Master cloud integration, managing AWS cloud infrastructure, from Active Directory to storage and VMWare components.
  • Unify legacy systems by integrating ServiceNow and streamlining ticketing processes, enhancing workflow efficiency.
  • Administer Meraki Wi-Fisolutions, tackling network issues with precision and ensuring smooth connectivity.
  • Take control of storage solutions, managing capacity and ensuring adherence to retention policies, keeping our data safe and scalable.

Technical Environment:

  • Skilled in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Horizon View and vCenter environments.
  • Extensive experience implementing both cloud and on-premises Active Directory solutions.
  • Proficient in integrating ServiceNow and HRIS systems.
  • Strong background in managing Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Intune policies.
  • Experienced in handling support contracts and collaborating with third-party vendors.
  • Skilled in managing and utilizing advanced networking and monitoring tools.
  • Expertise in overseeing O365, including Admin, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Proficient in performing capacity analysis and strategic planning for infrastructure growth.
  • Experienced in resolving vulnerabilities through effective patch management.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting and managing AWS environments.
  • Skilled in configuring Veeam for data backup and recovery operations.
  • Expertise in upgrading and maintaining Meraki infrastructure and wireless standards.
  • Knowledgeable in automation using Perl, Python, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of Single Sign-On and its integration with other systems.
  • Well-versed in managing Teams Voice and contact center platforms.
  • Proficient in resolving issues with MS Office, Windows, printers, and more.
