We are in need of an ACD Administration specialist on a 6-12 month contract with the potential to convert to a Permanent Employee.

This role can be performed on site in Atlanta or Remotely.

ACD administration (Nice/InContact CXOne specifically) and SIP Engineering (they need to be able to troubleshoot telephony issues).

Required skills:

Technical

  1. Extensive knowledge of ACD configuration, routing and design.
  2. Responsible for ensuring day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise telephony platforms.
  3. Experience in migration to a different ACD platform
  4. Understanding of domestic/International call routing
  5. Provisions and maintains voice-related services such as SIP lines and SIP trunks, Hosted services, etc.
  6. Understanding of SIP call flow and can analyze complicated call signaling using packet analyzers
  7. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  8. VoiceXML/JavaScript experience
  9. Good Communication skills

Preferred skills:

  1. Experience working on InContact and Yellow AI

Position Responsibilities:

  1. ACD Administration and configuration, routing and design.
  2. Serving as SME, training and supporting the front-line teams on ACD usage (Service Desk and the GCC)
  3. Responsible for ensuring day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise telephony platforms.
  4. First Point of Contact for ACD and telephony Troubleshooting
  5. Troubleshooting International call routing
  6. Provisioning and maintaining voice-related services such as SIP lines and SIP trunks, Hosted services, etc.
  7. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  8. Administration of the ticketing tool.
  9. JIRA intake and supporting production applications as part of Application operations team.
  10. Willing to work in night shift / late hours
  11. Willing to work on on-call support
