Building Control Systems Manager / Programmer
Location: Westminster, CO

Are you a skilled Controls Project Manager with experience in low voltage automated building control systems for HVAC? We're seeking a proactive professional to join our team and oversee the installation, start-up, programming, and servicing of automated control systems. This role will be responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision while ensuring project completion and documentation in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation teams on assigned projects from start to finish, coordinating with office staff for engineering and programming support, and with the Operations Manager for labor scheduling.
- Program, commission, and complete checkout of control systems equipment related to the project scope.
- Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution, keeping management and customers informed about job progress and any potential challenges.
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand operational needs and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements.
- Complete necessary job documents, work orders, and project deliverables in a timely manner.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC controls systems, building automation systems (BAS), or similar roles.
- Strong background in Tridium s Niagara, commissioning, and system integration.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead teams on installation and programming projects.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with customers, to ensure high satisfaction and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems, automation controls, and building management systems (BMS).
