  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Developer will be on the HCM Oracle team and will be responsible for the reporting workstream and working with the functional team throughout the development, testing and deployment phases for a new HCM Cloud implementation program.
  • This includes tasks such as designing and developing reports using Oracle Cloud provided reporting tools including BI Publisher, BICC, and OTBI to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Providing support for resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with the technical and functional teams to define integration business rules and mapping for Oracle HCM modules
  • Ensuring effective design, build, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of reports within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform
  • Analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and modifying software or enhancements, taking into consideration existing software capabilities
  • Working closely with the HCM functional and technical teams throughout the Oracle implementation and phased go-lives
  • Participating in the strategic design, construction, and implementation of solutions in the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, collaborating with partners across the enterprise
  • Creating comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, process flows, policies and procedures, strategies, etc., and demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Driving the reporting workstream and ensuring compliance with best practices of building and migrating reporting solutions to other environments.
  • Technical Skills: 3+ years Strong delivery experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, strong SQL and PL/SQL, in-depth knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud data models within (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, among others) to effectively write reports, creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs & BIP Jobs, HCM Extracts.
