Your role at Clorox:

As the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively delivering the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and its key retail channel customers. Through development of your operational expertise, internal and external partnerships and data-driven insights, you will define operations strategies, increase supply chain efficiencies and drive financial and strategic goals for both Clorox and its customers. As part of a high-performing team, you will proactively craft and improve processes, seek out opportunities to enable best-in-class operations, optimize cost-to-serve, and build strong relationships with customer teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement action plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and its customers. KPIs include:
    • Order fill rate
    • Timely and in-full shipment/delivery
    • Inventory health and in-stock availability
    • Compliance program performance
    • Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering results through scalable solutions
    • Develop partnerships across key partners including Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance to demonstrate best practices and build cross-functional alignment
    • Serve as the subject matter authority on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements, supporting the seamless flow of inventory and information across the joint supply chain
    • Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to fuel growth, collaborating with internal partners and customer teams to forecast sales, plan promotions and implement product portfolio changes
    • Assist in the development of joint business plans with key partners
    • Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term, groundbreaking capabilities

    What we look for:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in operations or supply chain management
    • 6 plus years of experience in supply chain management, supply/demand planning, logistics/transportation management or customer service
    • Ability to think strategically and develop plans for driving supply chain
    • Experience in B2B customer-facing roles
    • Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships
    • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query)
    • Experience with SAP, EDI and order-to-cash processes
    • Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools to identify trends and solve problems
    • Familiarity with or certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
    • Formal presentation skills
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Strong planning and organization skills
    • Ability to work independently, proactively, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment
    • Experience in identifying, initiating, and driving improvements to processes and work

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

    –Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

    –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

    –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
