  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Scrum Master with experience in Wealth Management to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The candidate will work with a confidential banking client and play a key role in leading Agile practices, ensuring smooth project delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices, helping remove roadblocks.
  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to meet business goals.
  • Apply Wealth Management experience to ensure projects are aligned with client objectives.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Background in Wealth Management or Banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred:

  • Experience with banking regulations and working with confidential clients.
  • Knowledge of distributed team management is a plus.
