Join AZAD as a Senior Project Manager and lead and facilitate large sized multi-year, multi-million dollar Control Center infrastructure, IT network and applications integration projects from inception to conclusion for an enterprise level energy utility environment. This individual will provide recommendations for an overall roadmap of efforts required to achieve program initiatives and project objectives as well as project expectations, approach, roadmaps, work plans, deliverables, and goals.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1- 2 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 - $77.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
14 years of experience is required without a degree or a non-applicable bachelor's degree.
Experience must include project management of IT Software and network infrastructure related projects and applications; integration of projects using industry standard methods and tools for managing schedules, dependencies, resources, funding and developing technical specifications and project plans for medium-to large-sized projects. (Service Desk or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience will not meet project experience requirements).
Note: Level 3 is typically responsible for medium - to large -sized projects (25M and higher lifecycle cost). 'Typically,' as it refers to project size, is determined by an average of the worker's assigned projects and includes the complexity, visibility, and sensitivity of the projects within the past year and is not based on a single project-funding amount.
Advanced skills with MS Project to include fundamental operation, function, and workflow regarding timelines, dependencies, project expectations, milestones, and resources.
Demonstrated ability to manage IT Software, Network Infrastructure projects and/or Applications Integrations projects in accordance with industry project management principles.
Very experienced in supporting full lifecycle of projects through the IT Systems Development Lifecycle.
Advanced at eliciting information from stakeholders, documenting and communicating, including via Project Plans, Functional and Technical Specifications, Schedules, Resource Plans, Budgets and Presentations.
Demonstrated experience with advanced-level communication and customer service skills to advance assigned project(s) forward in a large agency environment with multiple stakeholders.
