Job Title: ICAM / Active Directory Services SME
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ | Fort Huachuca, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $100,000-$200,000 (Negotiable based on experience) Competitive- based on qualifications, skills and experience
U.S. Citizenship required.
Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) / Active Directory Services Subject Matter Expert. You ll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing IT operations within a highly secure environment, ensuring system reliability and data protection. Your leadership will help drive the success of key initiatives for our Department of Defense (DoD) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system administration activities, including software installation, maintenance, and performance enhancement.
- Implement security protocols for data storage, access, and recovery in line with organizational policies.
- Manage user accounts, backup operations, and security controls across complex IT environments.
- Direct and evaluate project personnel to ensure the alignment of system operations with long-term organizational goals.Collaborate with military and civilian leadership to meet operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise and Domain management, with a focus on federal guidance and industry best practices.
- Bachelor s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master s degree with 8+ years of experience in a related IT field.
- ITIL Foundations certification (or the ability to obtain it within 3 months, Client will).
- One of the following certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- CCNP Security
- CCSP
- CASP+
- GFACT
- FITSP-O
- Substitution: Military training, such as the Data Systems Chief Course, can substitute for certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading large, complex technical operations.
- Experience working within DoD environments, managing contractors, and collaborating with military and civilian stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Army IT operational needs.
