Job Overview
Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Data-Driven Advertising Sales to lead our sales efforts in the dynamic and rapidly evolving advertising market. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that leverages data-driven insights and products to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships with key clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in advertising sales, with at least 10 years of experience in executing data-driven advertising partnerships. Additionally, this role will lead front-facing strategies and relationships with key partners who help build, manage, and drive advanced advertising sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across product, technology, marketing, research, sales, operations, pricing, and inventory.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $192,500.00 - $357,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
