Our clients team has been experiencing tremendous growth, scaling 50% month-over-month. They aim to accelerate from $450k to $4.5M in monthly GMV over the next year, and youll be at the forefront of that growth. This position has the potential to evolve into a Head of Product role for someone looking to take their career to the next level.

What Youll Do

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and shape the product vision.
  • Design and build features end-to-end, ensuring a top-tier user experience for recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to automate operations and develop tools that drive recruiter productivity.
  • Build and refine integrations that help embed the solution deeply within customer ecosystems.
  • Tackle growth engineering initiatives including SEO, billing, and user activations.

What We're Looking For

  • Product-minded engineer: You care deeply about the customer and have a keen eye for product design and usability.
  • 2+ years of full-stack coding experience: Youve built products end-to-end and are comfortable owning a codebase from top to bottom.
  • Startup mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Strong communication skills: You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a passion for creating products that people love to use.
  • Self-starter and builder: Whether its a new feature or a side project, youre always tinkering and building.

  • Prior experience in the talent or recruiting space.
  • Experience in growth engineering, specifically around user onboarding and activation.
