Responsibilities
- Manage and create project schedules.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other parties.
- Work with the superintendent to guarantee the quality of the contract.
- Schedule and attend project meetings and final walk-throughs.
- Create project budgets, change orders, and manage cost control.
- Supervise staff and provide feedback when necessary.
- Monitor and create all required reports consistently.
- Ensure safety compliance according to policies.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Degree in construction management or similar preferred with
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience with P6, Procore, or viewpoint
- In depth knowledge of contracts, materials, and scheduling
- Familiar with cash flow procedures
