This position will serve as the escalation point for our Level I and Level II technicians. Network administration and server management experience is a must. This person must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail and a high level of accountability with their work. A cybersecurity focused approach is required.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5 to 10 Years of experience in network and server management with proven examples of increased technical responsibility
  • Minimum 2 years help desk experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues
  • Experience resolving advanced network issues
  • Experience with Windows 10/11
  • Experience with Windows Server OS
  • Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SQL, etc)
  • Comfortable interacting with customers
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
  • Comp TIA A+
  • Comp TIA Network +
  • CCNA
  • Comp TIA Security +
  • Microsoft 365 Platform Certifications
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Planning and implementing network infrastructure builds and changes
  • Planning and implementing migration services for clients
  • Configuring and deploying firewalls, switches, access points and related hardware
  • Troubleshooting complex network and server issues
  • Help Desk Related
  • Respond to incoming support calls and emails
  • Open/Work/Close Help Desk Tickets
  • Mobile Device Support
  • Desktop/Laptop Support
  • Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows OS and MacOS
  • Migrate User Data
  • Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows Server OS
  • Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Server Virtualization

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The person must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
