We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in .NET core or .NET 8 development, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL databases. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance server-side applications that power our platform.
You will play a key role in enhancing our AI-powered platform and building robust, scalable backend solutions to support our compliance services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work
experience.
5+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET (experience with .NET core or
8 is a must).
Strong experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing
performance, and database administration.
Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker,
Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of backend development best practices, software development life cycle
(SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their backend database
services.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and experience with full-stack
development is a plus.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their integration into backend enterprise
software solutions.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools.
