  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Arthur Lawrence is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in banking and Microsoft cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data profiling, data mapping, and classification, and experience working with Straight Through Transaction Management (STTM), SQL, and Oracle databases. This role will support data-driven decision-making processes and ensure streamlined data analysis across the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft cloud-based banking applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct data profiling, mapping, and classification to support data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Manage and enhance Straight Through Transaction Management (STTM) processes to improve transaction flow and reduce errors across platforms.
  • Utilize SQL and Oracle databases to retrieve, analyze, and report on data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into data management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data models, mapping specifications, and user requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft cloud platforms and related data services.
  • Proven expertise in data profiling, mapping, and classification techniques.
  • Familiarity with Straight Through Transaction Management (STTM) processes and their application in financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced certifications in Microsoft Cloud Computing, SQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data analysis.
