  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Whether you're just starting your career or have some work experience under your belt, this could be a great fit if you have the right mindset and drive. Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain regular communication with homebuyers, internal teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless loan process
  • Manage Multiple Loan Files: Organize, monitor, and maintain multiple active loan files simultaneously
  • Collect and Process Information: Ensure timely collection and documentation of customer information to facilitate compliant and timely loan processing
  • File Setup and Documentation: Set up loan files both manually and digitally, ordering necessary exhibits (e.g., VOEs, VODs, credit reports, etc.)
  • Ensure Accuracy: Verify the accuracy and completeness of each loan file before submitting it to the closing department
  • Follow-Up: Track the status of submitted or pending loans, ensuring they progress efficiently through the pipeline
  • Coordinate Closing: Assist with preparing and organizing closing documents and related tasks
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on loan programs, guidelines, and broker options approved by the company


Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience Preferred: Will take 1-2 years in any career for the right person. (A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is preferred.)
  • Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting policies, and compliance is a plus
  • Minimal Travel: Occasional travel may be required
