We are seeking an Email Infrastructure Specialist with experience in Marketo and a strong background in setting up and configuring email systems for cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure proper email authentication, deliverability, and infrastructure setup to maximize the performance of mass email campaigns.


<>Key Responsibilities</>

  • Set up and configure the email infrastructure within Marketo to ensure optimal performance for cold emails.

  • Configure and manage email server settings (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to enhance email deliverability.

  • Oversee the warm-up process for email sending and manage deliverability to avoid lists.

  • Ensure proper email authentication protocols are in place to enhance inbox placement.

  • Set up secondary email accounts and tools for managing mass email campaigns.

  • Provide guidance on tools and software for mass email campaigns such as SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.

  • Validate all email server configurations, identify any gaps, and implement fixes to ensure emails reach the intended inboxes.


<>Qualifications</>

  • Experience with Marketo email infrastructure setup and configuration.

  • In-depth knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email server settings.

  • Experience with email warm-up and managing deliverability.

  • Knowledge of mass email campaign tools like SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.


Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
