Sr. Full Stack JavaScript Engineer

Our client is a premium, subscription-based service that provides comprehensive information and analytics for industry professionals. They deliver rich data, sophisticated tools and breaking news alongside original, in-depth analysis.

As part of their engineering team, you will be part of a group of passionate engineers who work closely with business partners and domain experts to deliver innovative technical solutions to government contractor customers in a lean and agile approach. They build the technology that provides marketing leading insights for customers out of complex government data sets with transactions in the hundreds of millions. You will work on innovative search applications, customer workflow tools, and machine learning based recommendations. You will be part of an inclusive environment that looks to support each other in driving the biggest impact for customers.

Requirements:

• Full stack engineering with object oriented design knowledge
• Expertise in Node & Typescript
• Experience in front-end development including: Vuejs, Angular, React, CSS, html
• Experience with Graphql and Restful API development
• Knowledge of web stack practices including browser debugging, single page app
• Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) development, and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with data technology including SQL, relational database, Elasticsearch
• Experience with salesforce is a plus

Our client is based in Crystal City/Arlington VA (22202). This is a hybrid role that will require candidates to go to the office 4 days per week. PLEASE TO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL TO THE GREATER DC AREA, AND YOU ARE WILLING TO BE IN-OFFICE 4 DAYS/WEEK.

This is a full-time permanent employee position working directly for our client. The salary range is targeted at $175,000 - $200,000/yr. with excellent benefits.
