responsibilities:


We are seeking an experienced DevOps/MLOps Engineer to join our innovative project team working on a large-scale platform that integrates AI, low-code/no-code development, and enterprise system integration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining development, deployment, and maintenance processes while ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency for a user base of 5000+.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize AI models and integrate them seamlessly into production environments
  • Design and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions for automated provisioning and configuration management
  • Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the DevOps lifecycle, working closely with the DevSecOps Lead
  • Support the integration of AI tools within the interface and automate repetitive tasks to enhance user experience
  • Work with the Enterprise Security Audit Trails team to incorporate logging and monitoring capabilities into system integrations
  • Assist in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure platform performance
  • Support system/integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout planning, and production rollout

Required Skills and Experience:




  • Proven experience in DevOps and MLOps practices, preferably in large-scale enterprise projects
  • strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their native DevOps tools
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, deployment challenges, and best practices for operationalizing models
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
  • Experience with Java development and RESTful services
  • strong background in Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
  • Experience with identity and access management systems, particularly for implementing Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and their integration challenges
  • Familiarity with design thinking and user-centric development approaches
