Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Hunter to join our team, focusing on Digital Solutions, Enterprise Application Services, and Infrastructure. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities by leveraging your expertise in the IT services landscape. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through direct engagement with enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships, and delivering value-added solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital services and enterprise application landscape.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential target clients.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other stakeholders in target organizations.
    • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our digital and infrastructure solutions.
    • Understand client business objectives and challenges to propose tailored IT service solutions.
  1. Solution Selling:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions addressing client requirements in digital, application, and infrastructure services.
    • Develop and present compelling business cases and proposals that articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  1. Industry Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital services, enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure.
    • Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, particularly in Digital Solutions, Enterprise Application Services, or Infrastructure, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
