  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

  • Experience with Amazon Connect including Contact Flows, Security Profiles, Routing Profiles, Queues, Quick Connects
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services including Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, CloudWatch
  • Advanced experience using multiple programming languages including Node.js, Python, C#
  • Experience implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Experience integrating with internal and external applications
  • Demonstrated deep understanding and ability to complete DevOps tasks
  • Proficient in complex debugging and root cause analysis
  • Expert in building test suite and frameworks to automate end to end testing
  • Demonstrated expertise in software, data, and system design and the appropriate use of patterns and idioms
  • Contributed to improvements in organizational metrics such as DORA metrics that measure improvements in team velocity and stability of service delivery
  • Experience and understanding of Security Protocols and Products such as Active Directory, SAML, IAM
  • Communicates effectively, clearly, concisely and in an audience-oriented way, in written and verbal form, on both technical and non-technical subjects. Actively listens to others and ensures they are understood.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • AWS Certifications at the Associate, Professional, or Specialty level

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies and Cloud Architecture
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience
  • 3+ years experience with architecture and design
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues Lambdas, and Lex Bots
  • 3+ years of experience using Terraform as Infrastructure as Code
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
  • 1+ years of people management experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
