Cherry Picker - South Dallas
1st shift - $18/hr
Description:
Cherry Picker will operate a Raymond cherry Picker forklift daily to rack and/or retrieve products. They will also lift up to 50 lbs (15-25 lbs on average). The company distributes scientific equipment and materials, so employees must be comfortable working with chemicals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Steel-toed Boots
Experience:
2 years of general warehouse experience
Experience with powered industrial trucks order pickers
Experience handling hazardous materials chemicals is a plus
Experience with computers and scanning equipment is a plus
Skills:
Must be able to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time involving walking stooping bending and reaching required
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desire to work as part of a team but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
Must be able to read and write in English
Work Environment:
Non-Climate Controlled
Fast paced distribution environment
Additional:
1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm / 8am-4:30pm
