Qualifications
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $195,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Mission & Purpose
- Change agent to align Segment ambitions with regional priorities to drive profitable growth in Fine Chemical
- Drive sustainable growth and increase Market share for the Segment
- Deliver full Schneider value proposition for Strategic and Targeted Accounts
- Drive Innovation and Thought Leadership in the Selected subsegments
Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Prefabricated Data Centers preferably and/or relevant Data Center Experience
- Degree in engineering or technology required, preference for Mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Experience in Global Business development roles
- Business leadership presence - strong communication skills
- Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment
- Structured, organized individual
- Knowledge of prefabrication, mechanical cooling, power distribution systems and software is preferred
- Business Developer - Proven track record in growing Key account businesses and developing consultative sales
- Solid expertise and exposure to the Segment of the customer
- Excellent analytical- as well as written and oral communication skills
- Team Player - passionate and dynamic leader with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across a complex, global matrix organization
- Partnership development
- Experience in software, IT/OT, Artificial intelligence preferably in Data Center segment
