Testing Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Testing Lead in Boston, MA.

Summary:
The Workday Testing Lead will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Workday implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and lead the execution of test cases to ensure the Workday platform meets business requirements and functions as expected.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
* Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or other relevant modules is a plus
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday testing or Workday implementations, with a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.)
* Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale Workday implementations
* Experience with both manual and automated testing processes and tools
* Experience working in Agile or other structured project delivery environments
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test management software
* Ability to manage multiple testing streams simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and coordinate testing teams
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Workday integrations testing, including third-party system integrations
* Experience with cloud-based systems and enterprise applications in HR/Finance domains
* Familiarity with Workday security configuration and role-based access testing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
