We're partnered with a nonprofit organization with multiple NYC-based sites that is well-known to New Yorkers! The organization was founded in the early 1900s and has been steadily growing ever since.

Description

  • You will sit in the Directors office

Travel Management:

  • Coordinate and book complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, meeting locations, and transportation.
  • Ensure travel plans are seamlessly organized and communicated to relevant parties.

Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the executive team across various time zones.
  • Manage and prioritize calendar requests, ensuring effective time management and minimizing conflicts.

Organization and Administration:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Additional Support:

  • Assist with office organization, welcome and greet visitors, and coordinate project based work.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant; nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Raisers edge or other CRM familiarity preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
