  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Industrial General Contractor seeking an experienced Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager to lead their Industrial and Manufacturing projects across the US. You’ll run the day-to-day on-site operations, keeping things on track, on budget, and up to safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Oversee all construction activities on-site
  • Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and project managers
  • Maintain quality control
  • Conducting inspections and overseeing safety compliance on-site.
  • Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
  • Manage schedules and budgets
  • Solve problems as they come up and keep things moving
  • Logistics - materials and supplies
  • Addressing and resolving issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Managing and allocating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing the project budget.
  • Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensuring the project stays on schedule and making adjustments to meet deadlines when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years in a Project Manager role, with experience in Industrial and Manufacturing projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
  • Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets
