Top of Mind PR is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. This is a remote position ideal for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing, working with a dynamic and fast-paced public relations firm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, graphics and websites.
  • Support the creation and distribution of content that enhances client brand visibility and engagement, including graphics, templates, branding guidelines and more.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, offering insights to optimize strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends and digital tools to recommend innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts with broader PR strategies.
  • Assist team members in managing social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistent messaging and timely posting.
  • Assist in email marketing efforts, including creating newsletters and managing contact lists.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including WordPress, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML coding is a plus.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and be eager to contribute ideas.
