We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join the firm s award-winning marketing team in our Raleigh office. To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of marketing experience in marketing at an A/E firm. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded capabilities in written communication and graphic design including knowledge of Adobe InDesign. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development - Coordinate and manages the preparation of marketing proposals, submittals, and qualifications, which involves writing and design production. Ensures that all aspects of proposal and other marketing materials are accurate, timely, and compelling.
  • Data and Content Management Record and maintain opportunity, project, employee, and client information within Deltek CRM system.
  • Marketing Communications - Support Management and Business Development staff on internal projects, presentations, award submittals, tradeshows, and special events for assigned division(s). Develop support materials, brochures, mailers, web content, advertisements and other collateral as needed.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in an A/E/C firm
  • Strong project management skills
  • Team player, yet able to work independently
  • A positive attitude
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to think creatively
