Job Summary: Act as lead electro-mechanical design engineer on multiple new product development projects. Serve as a design resource for BRK engineering team in electrical engineering and PCB design.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design engineering project lead, designing and detailing electrical and mechanical product assemblies and components.
  • Design, modeling, analysis, and detailing.
  • Material selection for mechanical and electrical elements.
  • Design, develop, layout, and optimize all types of PCBs/PCBAs that meet project requirements, including signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

  • BS in electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • SolidWorks CAD and PADS software experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated technical competence in EE and ME topics.
  • 3+ years related experience desired.

Other Preferred Qualifications /Skill Sets:

  • Connector and cable assembly design experience.
  • Product design for the medical marketplace.
