We engineer high-performance shock absorbers, cooling products, suspension springs, and vehicle measurement tools for motorsports applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of cutting-edge products for our renowned brands, including circle track, drag racing, and road racing applications.
  • Take an active role in collaborating with our talented team of engineers, technicians, and production staff to bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching and implementing new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to both customers and internal teams whenever needed.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in component and mechanical system design & development, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO) and showcase knowledge of CNC machining processes and material science (a plus).
  • Excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in a team environment where your contributions are valued and acknowledged.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • As a requirement for this position, all applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Candidates must possess proper work authorization documentation in compliance with applicable federal laws. Please note that sponsorship for employment visa status is not available for this position.
