We are inviting applications for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer in the Insurance industry, located in Dallas, Texas. This role is a significant addition to our team, focusing on enhancing the security framework of our organization and managing various types of security solutions. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee security solutions such as CyberArk, Mimecast, SentinelOne, and similar tools.
Ensure the seamless integration of these security tools within the organizational infrastructure.
Deploy and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions to bolster secure authentication, authorization, and auditing processes.
Assist and coordinate incident response activities, including conducting thorough investigations to identify, contain, and remediate security incidents.
Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks for a quick and effective response to security threats.
Provide exceptional support and guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring their security needs are met and communicated in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats and recommend enhancements to security policies, procedures, and tools.
Create both team documentation and end-user documentation as needed.
Undertake other projects and duties as assigned to ensure the effective management of security within the organization. Extensive experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a cyber security role
Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, and Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Design
Knowledge of Eigrp and Firewall Technologies
Experience with CyberArk, IAM, Active Directory, and Splunk
Familiarity with Azure Stack, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Nessus, Apple iOS, Linux, and Mimecast
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in cyber security would be advantageous
Willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
