  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are in need of a Project Manager IT in the automotive industry based in Torrance, CA.

Hybrid Schedule.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to manage a large-scale Customer Data Platform and Personalization program as part of our ongoing SAFe Agile Transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement project management processes for our IT community.
  • Direct and monitor daily work efforts.
  • Manage cross-functional projects of high complexity.
  • Assemble and track project plans, adjusting resources when necessary.
  • Coordinate impactful communication with all relevant areas of the enterprise.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Leading large-scale IT projects involving multiple technologies.
  • Operating as a senior PM within our Data Platform Services department.
  • Managing project milestones and adjusting plans when necessary.
  • Coordinating communication that impacts the project scope, budget, risks, and resources.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management certification or success in a recognized project management curriculum.
  • 7-10 years of IT work experience with at least 5 years in managing projects.
  • Strong command over Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience managing Software package implementation projects, including SaaS framework.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with consumer-facing websites/services involving complex data.
  • Proficiency in Jira/Confluence tools.
