Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Developer

M9 Solutions is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Developer to work remotely on a government contract. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the functional team throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Design and develop reports using Oracle Cloud-provided reporting tools, including BI Publisher, BICC, and OTBI, to meet business process and application requirements.
• Provide support for resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define integration business rules and mapping for Oracle HCM modules.
• Ensure effective design, build, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of reports within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, and modify software or enhancements, considering existing software capabilities.
• Work closely with the HCM functional and technical teams throughout the Oracle implementation and phased go-lives.
• Participate in the strategic design, construction, and implementation of solutions in the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, process flows, policies and procedures, strategies, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in the Oracle HCM Cloud reporting environment.
• Drive the reporting workstream and ensure compliance with best practices for building and migrating reporting solutions to other environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Reports.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle BI Report and Metadata Development.
• 3+ years of strong delivery experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data models, including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll.
• Ability to write reports and create/schedule Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs, BIP Jobs, and HCM Extracts.
