SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant - HR Mini Master Configuration

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the configuration of the HR Mini Master in S/4 HANA and in SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with a focus on integrating and configuring the HR Mini Master. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement SAP HR solutions, ensuring smooth data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize HR Mini Master in S/4 and Employee Central

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR processes and provide solutions that align with SAP best practices.

Provide expert guidance on the integration of HR Mini Master from other data sources (example: Workday).

Ensure smooth data migration and testing of HR Mini Master configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HR Mini Master and its related components.

Document configurations, changes, and solutions effectively for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on HR Mini Master configuration.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in configuring SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)

Strong knowledge of HR Mini Master functionalities and integration points

Experience with data migration, LSMW, and troubleshooting configuration issues.

Familiarity with SAP reporting tools.

Understanding of SAP HR data structures and processes.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability to changing client requirements and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
