Experian is looking for an experienced Content Editor to join our growing Content Marketing team. In this position, you'll help the team further Experian Consumer Service's editorial goal of empowering consumers with actionable educational content to help them improve their finances and make smart financial decisions. Working with writers, other editors and our in-house experts, you'll leverage your knowledge of personal finance and content best practices to edit compelling and informative content for Experian's education blog.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of editing experience, preferably for a consumer facing publication with a focus on personal finance.
  • Expertise in personal finance topics such as banking, insurance, credit scores, credit cards, and loans.
  • Experience and comfort factchecking, researching and communicating feedback to writers.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to share samples of previous editing work.
