Recruiter
What This Position Is All About:
As a Recruiter at David Yurman, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. This role requires an ability to recruit across all corporate and retail functions, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for identifying and engaging with top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.

Recruiter
What This Position Is All About:
As a Recruiter at David Yurman, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. This role requires an ability to recruit across all corporate and retail functions, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for identifying and engaging with top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate and conduct virtual and in-person interviews, including panel interviews and assessments
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers with candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
- Experience with leading searches across multiple functions and all levels within an organization (entry-level to leadership)
- Proven results influencing and collaborating in a matrix organization, partnering with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
