Summary: The Enterprise Applications Analyst plays a pivotal role in the management and optimization of enterprise software applications that are integral to the organization's operations. This professional is involved in the analysis of business processes, user requirements, and system functionalities to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing support of enterprise applications. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including end-users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, configure applications, and facilitate continuous improvement. The Enterprise Applications Analyst combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs to drive the successful deployment, training, and support of critical enterprise-level software solutions. This role is also responsible for conducting thorough quality assurance testing of all deliverables within the Enterprise Applications team, ensuring that there are no errors or issues and that everything is built as stated in the requirements before deployment.

Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position in California is $70,000/yr to $100,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

The Company also offers various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands and complies with the requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position.
  • Provides direction to staff and association personnel in the use of enterprise applications, business intelligence framework, and ancillary solutions that have varying degrees of integration
  • Conducts Quality Assurance testing for all deployments initiated by the Enterprise Applications team.
  • Maintains process standards and reports to management on critical change items, project progress, problems, or detractors
  • Ensures adherence to SLA application servicing and business automation delivery to ensure minimal disruption of systems
  • Troubleshoots system and data integration issues and escalates when needed.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and document user requirements for enterprise applications.
  • Configures and customizes enterprise applications to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Plans and executes the implementation of new enterprise applications or updates to existing systems.
  • Ensures a smooth deployment by coordinating with relevant teams and conducting user training sessions.
  • Oversees data migration and integration efforts related to enterprise applications.
  • Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and security within the applications.
  • Develops and delivers training programs for end-users to promote effective and efficient use of enterprise applications.
  • Provides ongoing support to users, addressing questions, issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Creates and maintains documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and best practices, and ensures that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Works closely with IT teams, including developers, system administrators, and database administrators.
  • Coordinates efforts to address technical issues, implement updates, and ensure system compatibility.
  • Interacts with software vendors to understand new features, and updates, and resolve issues.
  • Participates in vendor evaluations and assessments for potential new applications.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to enterprise applications, collaborating with support teams when necessary.
  • Performs root cause analysis for recurring problems and implements preventive measures.
  • Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and usability of enterprise applications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent training and experience required
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of related work experience (Business Intelligence and/or Application Delivery) within a Financial Institution
