Bham Buyers has an immediate opening for a highly energetic, experienced, and motivated Marketing Coordinator. You will join a passionate, fast-growing and innovative team who drives real estate investing.

You must be a team player with a growth mindset, and a strong desire to be better today than you were yesterday. You ll need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be detail oriented. This candidate must have experience running and monitoring Google Ads and other PPC ad campaigns. We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of something great and grow with us. If you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.

We have a sales team that acquires properties daily, and we need a marketing coordinator to help us market and advertise our properties!

Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor Google Ads and other PPC ad campaigns
  • Create Google Ads Account
  • Create Google Ads Ad Copy
  • Create Google Ads Campaigns
  • Create Google Ads Targeting
  • Must be able to determine ROAS, CPA, CPBC, MQL, CPMQL, and CTQO (among other detailed metrics.)
  • Must understand big strategy
  • Must understand and be able to report attribution within Google Ads
  • Must be able to compile, decipher, measure, interpret and report KPI s.
  • Help strategize and implement marketing efforts.
  • Supervise key campaigns, conduct market research, and review consumer data.
  • Create and maintain marketing content such as ad copy or social media posts
  • Coordinate meetings with marketing partners and executive team members to discuss campaigns
  • Update and gather marketing data to create reports and present significant information
  • Attend team meetings to discuss upcoming sales goals and objectives
  • Monitor marketing trends and oversee social media accounts
  • Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) research
  • Experience with Google Ads and other PPC ad campaigns.
  • Reconcile marketing budgets with expenses for marketing campaigns
  • Communicate with sales team to establish goals and determine effective marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • Real-Estate experience is preferred (leasing, title company, etc), but not required
  • Prior experience with Google Ads and other PPC Ad campaigns
  • Must be knowledgeable and efficient on marketing attribution.
  • Work well under pressure
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated to ensure all KPI's are met daily.
  • Must feel comfortable speaking with people over the phone
  • Have the ability to be able to communicate effectively internally between departments to coordinate advertising campaigns and blasts
  • Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office including word and excel
  • Must love people and love fun!
