What You’ll Do:

• Observe and coach our school-based School Psychologist team
• Create systems for assessing knowledge and coaching needs
• Design and facilitate professional development (in individual and group settings) to drive excellence in practice and school partnership
• Provide guidance and support around federal, state, and local regulations and systems relative to Physical Therapy. This includes 504/IEP development, evaluation systems, timelines, IEP goals, and quarterly reporting

Requirements:

• Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins
• School-based experience is required
• Proven experience coaching and developing a team of school-based practitioners is required
• Hold a current TN School Psychologist License
• K-12 school-based experience

• Experience as a child and/or adult with disabilities or neurodiverse gifts
