What You’ll Do:
- Observe and coach our school-based School Psychologist team
- Create systems for assessing knowledge and coaching needs
- Design and facilitate professional development (in individual and group settings) to drive excellence in practice and school partnership
- Provide guidance and support around federal, state, and local regulations and systems relative to Physical Therapy. This includes 504/IEP development, evaluation systems, timelines, IEP goals, and quarterly reporting
- You fundamentally believe that all students can, want to, and will achieve their goals as a result of the highest level of care
- You have experience and passion for working in a public school setting with a diverse cohort of students from predominantly underrecognized communities
- You believe in the power of science, data, and human connection equally

- Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins
- School-based experience is required
- Proven experience coaching and developing a team of school-based practitioners is required
- Hold a current TN School Psychologist License
- K-12 school-based experience
- Experience as a child and/or adult with disabilities or neurodiverse gifts
- Fluency in a global language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)
- Mission-centered team and professional practice support
- Referral bonus eligibility
- Performance bonus eligibility at EOY
- 10 fully paid hours towards licensure annually
