  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:

JOB TITLE: Application Analyst II

CONTRACT DURATION: 26 weeks

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST

LOCATION: Fully remote - based out of Santa Barbara, CA

ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 3-5 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.

The Application Analyst II serves as a system expert specific to Professional Billing Epic Revenue Cycle Application in resolving application issues and supporting vendor supplied improvements in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or applicable field
  • OR Associate degree in computer science or applicable field (i.e. Practice Management, Health Care Administration, Business, Charge Integrity, Patient Financial Services, or affiliated profession) and four (4) years work related experience in the information technology field or applicable field

Experience and Skills:

  • Need PB (Professional Billing) Build experience
  • Epic build experience with Credits, Self-Pay Collections, Patients Statements, Financial Assistance and Estimates preferred.

Application Requirements (due at time of phone screen with recruiter):

  • Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90+ days must be explained.
  • Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education.
  • Two manager/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last two years.
  • Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract.
  • Interview availability for the next 7-10 days.
  • Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption.
