Product Manager - Order-Billing, Provisioning

Technology Services - Business Capability, Design & Delivery team is looking for an experienced Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the planning, testing, and execution of large technology solutions. You will work with internal customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. You will collaborate with other product managers, architects, business analysts to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and solve business problems and partner with the engineering team to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years proven track record in software product management for Quote to Billing, Provisioning, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and supporting Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain-points and needs and how to solve them.
• Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applications
• Solid knowledge in Quote to Provisioning Management a must
• Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
• Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.
• Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.
• Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.
