Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to end-users, manage desktop imaging, and ensure efficient service desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Desktop Imaging: Create, deploy, and manage standard desktop images for new and existing computers, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Service Desk Operations: Monitor and manage service desk tickets, prioritizing tasks and maintaining effective communication with users throughout the resolution process.
  • User Onboarding: Set up and configure new user accounts, ensuring proper access to applications and resources.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and IT assets; update knowledge base articles as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to escalate issues and implement solutions effectively.
