Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for clinical staff to ensure effective use of the RIS/PACS system.
  • Create customized online training curriculums that are tailored to the specific workflows of clinical end-users.
  • Design and produce user-focused, customized training materials to support effective learning and system use.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to help clinical staff utilize the system efficiently and confidently.
  • Optimize and support the RIS/PACS system to ensure smooth operations and improve patient care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical issues and serve as a liaison between vendors and end-users.
  • Promote the benefits and advantages of the RIS/PACS system through presentations and meetings with staff.
  • Manage and anticipate user expectations, ensuring they are aligned with system capabilities and service goals.
  • Communicate important service-related information and updates to senior managers for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership of large-scale radiology system rollouts
  • Experience with the consolidation of RIS/PACS disparate systems
  • Strong knowledge of various Radiology Platforms
  • Radiology Platform Build leadership experience
