Responsibilities
- Work with program managers, engineering staff, and finance to standardize development of program schedules (resource loaded)
- Support program managers and capture managers on development of proposal schedules (outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables).
- Work with program managers and engineering staff on scheduling approaches for program dependencies
- Work with program managers to generate schedule summaries for briefings and executive reports
- Develop processes and tool suites that automate program planning in support of RFx responses, new program stand-up, and annual budget submission
- Develop integrated portfolio schedule that tracks key milestones and dependencies across all KGS programs
- Work with program managers, engineering staff, and finance to standardize development of program schedules (resource loaded)
- Work with program managers on processes for maintaining and updating program schedules
- Support program managers with recurring schedule updates
- Develop and implement schedule performance metrics in support of program managers
- Build “what-if” scheduling tools/processes that support program risk assessments and program trade studies
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement
- Manage and track KGS portfolio schedule
- Develop and implement portfolio schedule performance metrics
- Develop and manage dependency tracker that tracks internal and external dependencies
- Develop processes and tools that integrated dependencies with Kuiper’s program of record
- Develop, manage, and report on government furnished equipment dependencies
