Number of Positions: 2
Responsibilities:
- IT Project Management.
- Project Documentation.
- Plan, Organize, and Lead Project Meetings.
- Other IT-related tasks as agreed upon by the parties.
- IT Procurement consultation.
- Coordinate the PMO team.
Qualifications:
Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience
- Five (7) years of IT Integration experience
- Four (7) years of managing software implementation projects
- Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills
Required Skills:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Child Welfare processes and workflows
- Experience with federal requirements for Child Welfare management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build a positive rapport with team members
- Ability to manage conflict between team members and vendors
- Ability to manage changes in objectives with little to no notice
- Experience developing and maintaining meticulous documentation of project activities
