Quality Analyst (Guidewire Claims Center)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with expertise in Guidewire Claims Center to lead quality assurance efforts within the Property and Casualty (P&C) claims domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Guidewire Claims Center, including testing of integration points, API testing, and claims financial systems testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Coordinate testing efforts with developers and vendors, particularly in the area of claims financial system testing.
• Perform detailed SQL queries to validate test results and ensure accuracy in Qtesting.
• Lead and execute testing in an Agile environment, ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Required Competencies:

• Guidewire Claims Center (mandatory)
• Personal Lines - Property and Casualty (P&C) domain expertise
• Proven experience in testing integration points and claims financials

Experience:

6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Guidewire Claims Center.

Essential Skills:

• Strong QA leadership skills with expertise in Guidewire Claims Center testing
• Proficiency in tools such as QTest, SQL, and JIRA
• Experience working in Agile methodologies

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of GT Framework and Selenium scripting is an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Guidewire Claims Center and deep understanding of claims financials testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead and manage QA efforts with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
