7012 - RSA Archer GRC Consultant (Part-time, anticipated 15 hours a week)

Job Title: RSA Archer GRC Consultant (Part-Time, est. 15 hours wkly)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled RSA Archer GRC Consultant to provide part-time technical assistance and expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within a cybersecurity team. This role will focus on the development, troubleshooting, and improvement of RSA Archer solutions to enhance system performance and maintain control standards. The consultant will also contribute to system optimization assessments, manage exception requests, and provide technical insights to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive RSA Archer documentation and support troubleshooting of system issues.
• Assist with system development and improvement efforts, including setting up new asset records in Archer.
• Process and manage exception requests, and contribute to the Archer Optimization Assessment.
• Provide solutions to maintain control standards and identify areas for system improvements.
• Configure RSA Archer modules, create applications, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with RSA Archer in a development or administration role.
• 2+ years of experience implementing RSA Archer solutions in a government or regulatory environment.
• 5+ years of experience configuring RSA Archer modules and developing dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Experience with business requirements analysis and translating them into technical solutions.
• Certifications such as Archer Certified Specialist or Archer Certified Expert are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and audit processes, with a focus on standards like IRS, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act.
• Knowledge of creating and managing data feeds for data import/export from various sources.
• Experience with system integration using APIs, Web Services, scripting, and database management (SQL).
