Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in functional analysis, Java-based applications, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
   • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
   • Conduct detailed analysis of processes supported by key applications.
2. Application Support:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support Java-based applications, including the NGQ (core Quoting application) and Deal UI.
   • Assist in the migration and enhancement of legacy applications (e.g., Eclipse replacement) and ensure smooth integration with new systems.
3. Documentation & Design:
   • Prepare design documents based on business requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
   • Support the design, development, and implementation of functional solutions that meet business needs.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
   • Serve as a key liaison between the business and IT teams.
   • Facilitate discussions to ensure clear understanding of business objectives and technical feasibility.
   • Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Analyze and recommend improvements in business processes and systems.
   • Ensure smooth operations and identify potential areas for optimization within supported applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with expertise in Java-based applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of enterprise applications, specifically within coding and deal management systems.
• Solid understanding of Java technologies and their role in supporting backend operations.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining design documents and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Ability to work proactively, engage with business teams, and provide analytical insights.
• Experience in analytics, process flow analysis, and requirement documentation.
• Familiarity with legacy-to-modern application migrations is a plus.
