Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Manager with hands-on experience in Staffing and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in initiating job offers, conducting background verification checks, and maintaining regular communication with existing consultants. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth staffing operations and supporting both internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the offer initiation process, including preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates.
• Conduct background verification (BGV) checks and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain daily communication with existing consultants, providing support and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and HR teams to manage onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining consultant records, scheduling meetings, and assisting with documentation.
• Provide timely updates to senior management on staffing-related activities and consultant status.
• Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative role within the staffing industry.
• Familiarity with initiating offers, conducting BGV checks, and handling consultant communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
