Job Description:

Experience required: 6+ years

Technical/Functional Skills

  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IBM Planning Analytics solutions to support an organization s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting needs. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  2. Strong experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development. - Proficiency in TM1 TurboIntegrator scripting and Rules. - Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience Required

IBM Planning Analytics certification. - Experience with other IBM TM1 (Web version of Cognos) - Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, DB2).

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design IBM Planning Analytics solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Development: Develop and maintain IBM Planning Analytics models, cubes, and data processes to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources into IBM Planning Analytics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  4. Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models and processes to improve performance and efficiency.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and user guides.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training, support to end-users, assist with troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Generic Managerial Skills

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Planning Analytics solutions with overall business objectives.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to IBM Planning Analytics and related technologies.
