Job Title: Application Developer - Workflow Automation & Interface Design

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, application interface design, and database development, including writing SQL queries and stored procedures. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain applications that streamline business processes and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows to optimize business processes, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency across various applications.

Application Interface Design: Design and develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces for applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across different platforms and devices.

SQL Development: Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting purposes.

Stored Procedures: Develop, test, and optimize stored procedures to support application functionalities and improve database performance.

Application Integration: Integrate various applications and systems, ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility between different platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, database administrators, and other developers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for developed applications, workflows, SQL queries, and stored procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of application development.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on workflow automation and interface design.

Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries and stored procedures.

Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques.

Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, VB, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.

Hands on Experience with workflow automation tool Microsoft Power Automate

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integration platforms

Experience in EHR systems like Meditech Expanse

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS) and their application development tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
